Feature Requests

Hello guys, can you please recommend how many time a week the hand stand workout training should be included? Because Dejans workout plan is hitting every muscle group during the week by training different parts twice a week, since hand stand is a new feature on the platform, do you recommend mixing it with shoulders and chest workouts ? Or should it be done once a week ?

Every time i want to start the next workout i must scroll down the page to the bottom, I'd like to see a features that inclued a little shortcut in the main menu to send me at the next workout day

Video quality/speed settings.

Would be useful to have the Option to choose media from phone for the workout images / videos. I can't record myself during training. I need to get the videos from my Gopro first.

I’d love to be able to record my lifts from within the app. If I leave the app to use my phone camera, the workout stops and I have to restart it.

Is the app compatible with apple watch?

Id love to be able to define my 1 rep maxes in app so it will show actual weight instead of percetages in excercises
