Hand stand push ups training
Hello guys, can you please recommend how many time a week the hand stand workout training should be included? Because Dejans workout plan is hitting every muscle group during the week by training different parts twice a week, since hand stand is a new feature on the platform, do you recommend mixing it with shoulders and chest workouts ? Or should it be done once a week ?
